As part of the Enhanced Operation Service team, your role focuses on driving high-impact technology initiatives that eliminate manual operational gaps through scalable, AI-driven automation. You will design, build, and sustain efficient data-driven workflows, integrate AI and ML models into backend architecture for predictive analytics, and maintain the stable, highly available operations of SAP’s enterprise cloud services. This role demands an automation-first mindset to translate ambiguous business requirements into actionable tools, present AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and systematically enhance service stability during strategic customer cloud transformations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of technical experience with a background centered heavily around system automation, scripting, and infrastructure reliability frameworks.
• High proficiency writing automated orchestration tasks and infrastructure code using Python, Shell scripting, Ansible, or comparable ecosystem tools.
• Practical experience or strong exposure connecting LLMs (such as SAP AI Core or OpenAI) with prompt templates, prompt engineering, structured JSON outputs, and deploying features like automated chatbots or predictive analytical tasks.
• Experience developing dynamic, interactive front-end web layouts using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) alongside basic HTML5 and CSS3 workflows.
• Strong capability managing cloud technologies and associated patterns, including microservices, containerization, serverless environments, and modern web development stacks.
• Functional working knowledge or structural query experience with relational or non-relational database management systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Analyze existing manual operations, identify infrastructure root causes, map system performance anomalies, and continuously simplify complex multi-tier enterprise systems.
• Apply agile software delivery frameworks and DevOps tools to deliver solution code blocks, manage end-to-end project lifecycles, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
